Refund Policy
At Petslify (Chongker), we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom plush, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
In the case of Custom Stuffed Plush: the refund amount is 85% to 55% of your total order amount, it depends on the size of your plush and extras (like zipper, review service, cloths) The rest will go to cover the materials and dozens of work hours that have been invested in creating your custom plush that we will pay the employees.
To be eligible for a refund, the custom plush must be unused and in its original packaging and condition. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@petslify.com or by phone. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your plush toy. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the above criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Please note that we are unable to process refunds for plush toys that have been damaged due to shipping damage, misuse or improper care.
