Do you provide any guarantee?

If you added Sneak Peek at checkout, you see photos of your finished plush before it ships. Tell us what is off and our artisans revise it, then send you new photos. We keep going until you are happy — and if we still cannot get it right, we cancel the order and refund you in full.
If you did not add Sneak Peek, your plush ships once it is made. If it arrives and it is not right, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.
One thing that helps a great deal: clear, well-lit photos of your pet’s face give our artisans the most to work with.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we ship worldwide, so you can receive your custom stuffed animal of your pet no matter where you are. Delivery times vary by destination and are listed on our Shipping Policy page.
One thing to know if you are ordering from outside the United States: any customs duties or import charges your country applies are not collected at checkout, so those are paid on your end.

Your custom plush is made up to about 35 cm in length, which is roughly 14 inches.

I looked for a plush that felt like her, but everything was tiny, overpriced, or stiffly mass-produced. So I dusted off my sewing machine, recruited my parents and siblings, and turned our spare room into a small family workshop.
