How long does it take to create a custom pet stuffed animal?

Standard production takes up to 6 weeks from the day you order. That is the time your plush spends being made by hand. If you need it sooner, a rush production option is available at checkout. Throughout production we send you updates at each stage, so you always know where your plush is.

What size will my custom pet plush be?

Your custom plush is made up to about 35 cm in length, which is roughly 14 inches. Since pets come in all shapes and sizes, from very small to very large, we cannot guarantee the plush will be the same size as your pet. Each one is crafted as a heartfelt tribute that captures the likeness of your companion, rather than a scale model of them.
