When my pug Coco crossed the rainbow bridge after 14 wonderful years, the silence at home was crushing. I looked for a plush that felt like her—but everything was tiny, overpriced, or stiffly mass-produced. So I dusted off my sewing machine, recruited my parents and siblings, and turned our spare room into a small family workshop.
