Our Commitment to Accessibility

Petslify, operated by Diamonds Painting, Inc., is committed to ensuring that petslify.com is accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We believe every customer deserves equal access to our products and services, regardless of their abilities or the assistive technology they use.

We continuously review and improve our website against the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 , developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our stated goal is to achieve Level AA conformance across all pages of petslify.com.

Known Limitations and Alternatives

Despite our best efforts, the following limitations currently exist. We are actively working to address each one:

• Third-party widgets and integrations Certain elements provided by third-party platforms — including review widgets, payment processors, and chat tools — may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We monitor our vendors for accessibility compliance. If a third-party component creates a barrier for you, please contact us and we will provide direct assistance.
• User-submitted content Customer photos and reviews submitted to our platform may not include complete alternative text or captions. We cannot retroactively add descriptions to third-party-submitted content, but we encourage all users to include meaningful descriptions when uploading images.
• Video content Product and promotional videos on petslify.com may not yet include closed captions or audio descriptions. We are working to add captions to all video content. In the meantime, all videos are supplemented by surrounding text descriptions on the same page.
• PDF and downloadable documents Any downloadable documents on our site may not be fully tagged for accessibility. If you require any document in an accessible alternative format (for example, plain text or large print), please contact us and we will provide it promptly.
