Standard production takes up to 6 weeks. Once complete, shipping typically takes an additional 5-10 business days depending on your location. All custom pet plushes start at $169 for the Standard 14" size. We also offer Large 18" and Grand 21" sizes. Every order includes a lifetime warranty and a premium Boutique Crate Box.
Yes, we ship worldwide. You can receive your custom stuffed animal no matter where you are. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Yes. We send you regular updates during production so you can track the progress of your plush. Once it ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also contact us with your order number for a status update anytime.
The Sneak Peek is an optional paid add-on. After your plush is finished, we send you photos of the completed plush before it ships. You can request last-minute modifications to make sure it's exactly right. You can add this during checkout.
Clear, well-lit photos from the front showing your pet's face and body work best. Include a face photo, a back photo, and a side photo. The more angles you provide, the more accurate we can make your plush.
We do our best to ensure that each plush captures the details, characteristics, and likeness of your pet. Our artisans handcraft each plush from your photos using premium polyester faux furs and water-based airbrushing techniques to match markings and colors.
We offer three sizes: Standard 14" ($169), Large 18", and Grand 21". The actual size may vary slightly depending on the type, breed, and artistic interpretation of your pet and chosen position.
Yes. If your pet's species is not listed, just select "Other" from the species dropdown and provide the details. We can create custom plushes of all types of pets and breeds.
Yes. Just click "Add Zipper Pouch" when you place your order. The zipper is placed in the lower belly of the plush. Many customers use this special pocket to hold a photo or ashes. This feature requires an additional fee.
Keep it dry and clean. Since we use water-based airbrushing, excess moisture should be avoided as it may cause fading. We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Do not attempt to wash it. It should be dry-cleaned only.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied after delivery, you may return your plush within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. For full details, please see our refund policy. Email us at support@petslify.com to start the process.
Email us at support@petslify.com before sending anything back. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected, and are issued to the original payment method within 5-21 business days.
Yes. We are the only company in the custom pet plush category that offers a lifetime warranty. The quality of your plush is guaranteed for as long as you own it, covering fading and defects. This is in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee.
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you can't locate it, contact us at support@petslify.com and we'll help with the carrier process. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for damage or delivery issues.
