Petslify Plush is made in a standard size range of 4 to 13 inches in length (8cm to 35 cm). But the actual size may depend on many factors including the type, breed, and artistic interpretation of your pet and chosen position.

Petslify Plush is made of premium, top-grade polyester faux furs. Since it is handcrafted, we choose from thousands of synthetic fabrics to find the best match for your Pet. The common material we used is hypoallergenic polyester and acrylic. We also use inks and water-based airbrushing techniques to get into details and certain color effects.

Keep it dry and clean. We use water-based airbrushing so the excess moisture must be avoided, it may cause fading, so we recommend doing spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Do not attempt to wash it, it should be dry-cleaned.

We do our best to ensure that each Petslify Plush captures all the details, characteristics, and similarities of your pet in the best possible way. We are very proud of our products and how similar they are to real pets.

Of course, you can! If your pet's species is not listed, just select "Other" for that species, and then select the species from the species drop-down menu. If the species is not in the list, you just need to select "Other " and a box will appear in which you can provide the pet's species and breed information.

Unfortunately, it is not what we can offer. Petslify Plush requires a specific manufacturing process and materials cannot be changed.

Yes! we ship all our products worldwide.

Sadly, clothing is not something that we can provide, and we cannot guarantee that your existing pet clothing will fit your Petslify Plush.

This is a paid service that will allow you to receive photos of your custom plush immediately after the production is done. You will have the option to ask for a last-minute modification to your plush before we pack and dispatch it.

Please note: Petslify will not send other photos after the modifications have been applied nor will wait for the customer's approval after the modifications have been done.

Absolutely YES. Just click "Add Zipper Pouch" when you place an order of your Petslify Plush. You may choose to add a zipper pouch and this special feature will require you to pay an additional fee.

In January, devastating wildfires in LA severely damaged our warehouse, destroying some of our materials and equipment and impacting our production timeline. While our team is working tirelessly to restore operations, all new orders will now require 7 to 9 weeks for production instead of our usual timeframe. (This applies to all orders placed after March 10th.)
