Asta was my mom’s dog who we unfortunately lost on January 5th of this year. My siblings and I wanted to get our mom the perfect gift for her birthday which was April 17. I ordered the plush January 6th with the sneak peek and design approval and the plush care kit. By January 31st we got the first preview. I wasn’t too happy with the look of the first plush and requested a few things be changed. I got the second preview on 3/10 which I was very happy with and went ahead and gave the okay for shipping. I checked up on the shipping process on 3/21 which I received a reply 3/22 that it was still in the shipping process but moving along as expected. On 4/9 the plush left the facility and by 4/13 it was at our house just in time for our mom’s birthday on 4/17. My overall experience with Petslify was excellent and our mom loved the plush. It now sits on the little memorial we have for him.

Looks exactly like our family dog that passed away unexpectedly, we love it and appreciate the craftsmanship and time that has been put in to making this plush. I had to get it for my 6 year old son because he was heart broken and devastated and cried my wife found this website and I had to act and order it for him, it broke all our hearts even more with how hard he took it. Cricket was more than just a dog to us. He was our family and before Christmas(2025) we made the decision to have someone try to recreate him. Petslify has done an amazing job and brought tears to our eyes as we opened the box. This is an amazing gift they have given us and can’t thank them enough. If you are wanting a keepsake to honor your pets and remember them, they are a great company. The communication was instant and if we needed something changed they asked for more pictures and exactly what we would like changed. I ordered this plush as a suprise for my mom. Our sweet girl Luna passed away a year ago, and I wanted to be able to gift her a fuzzy friend that will forever be close to her. Luna turned out perfect and the important detailed like the moon/luna shape on her back as well as spots on her ear really brought the plush to life. Her first instinct is to hug her in joy, really made her day. I’m glad to find Petslify , thank you!!!

I go to school at Brown University. I am a first year and following the school shooting in December I was having a hard time dealing with the stress of school and anxiety of what might happen and I missed home. I recently lost my baby 1 week ago today and this plush arrived 3 days after his passing. Im in love with it and I've slept with it every night and I look at it every day when I get home from work and it looks just like him ❤️ it brings me comfort to look at it because it feels like hes still with me in a way. We lost our sweet Shitzu a year ago and were devastated. She lived a great life of 16 years full of love, but forever is never long enough. I contacted Petslify to create a special gift for my husband to try to keep our sweet Embers memory alive. I will admit I was very skeptical. This turned out to be an excellent product that I bought after my dog’s passing. I absolutely recommend purchasing the preview option. The initial version of my dog did not have accurate back/body color patterns, but I sent them some additional pictures and they nailed it! I have already recommended this product to two friends following pet deaths.

Losing our dog Rallye has been rough on my family. He was like a child to me and not seeing him and holding him every day has been heartbreaking. It’s as if I lost a piece of myself when he left us. He was 15 and I had him since he was born. I have been looking for ways to help with the loss but it’s been real difficult, the tears seem like they will never stop. He was special to me and it’s hard to think about never holding him again and spending so much time with him. He was truly special. He even shared the same birthday as my oldest son. My oldest was close to him as well, he’s 5. My biggest worry is my kids, 3 and 5, forgetting him. I want them to always remember how much he loved them and they loved him. I am really hoping this plush will always help them remember him. We plan to take it everywhere with us like we used to take Rallye everywhere with us. When my kids received it they were so excited, hugging it and telling Rallye how much they missed him, it warmed my heart. Holding the plush has also helped me a little. It looks so much like him, I was honestly in tears when I opened the box. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for working with me so much on this and making every tweak I requested along the way.

The hardest part in our lives was losing our family member who was with us for 14 years. Those 14 years spent with him were by far the best years of our lives. Until one day our lives had changed, and we were heart broken, we just wanted to see him again and do whatever it took just to hold him again. That was when we discovered Petslify and thank you to Petslify we have our plush pet that looks exactly like our late dog, we cherish our plush pet, we get to see him every day and pat him also hug him. Because of Petslify it feels as though we have never lost our family member. My daughter got her Chihuahua named Ollie when she was 10 years old and he was her first love. She is 31 now and has mourned him ever since he passed. She even got a tattoo of his name on her wrist. Popit was Hope's baby for 16 years and unfortunately passed away before I came into her life. However she has shown me many pictures and videos of him and I've never seen someone love and animal as much as she still loves him. He passed away 6 years ago and has his own casket and grave in the back yard and she frequently goes out there and sits and talks with him and cries over him. I would have loved to be able to share a video of when she opened the box for Christmas and first laid eyes on her new plushy popit, she was in a pool of tears. However she doesn't like people seeing her in that state so out of respect for her I didn't record the moment. She has since kept me smiling the way she talks to him like he is alive and treats him like he is also. I am so happy and pleased with the results of this product and recommend it to anyone who has lost a much loved pet.

Our girls lost their best friends within 24 hours of each other. It was a heartbreaking time that we are all still healing from. My father ordered this plush based on our dog, Gracie, who passed in early October. My 18-year-old stepson was particularly close to Gracie, so Dad bought this for him as a Christmas gift. When it arrived, we unboxed it to take a look and my eyes immediately filled with tears - it looked so much like her! The plush is so well-crafted and realistic that our other dogs got really upset when they saw us putting it back into the box! When my stepson opened the gift on Christmas, he immediately exclaimed, “It’s Gracie!” I know that these custom plush animals are pricey but it was totally worth it to see the look on my stepson’s face when he saw it. He put Gracie’s collar on it and it sits on a shelf in his room.

It looks so much like Gracie Jane, I find myself seeing it out of the corner of my eye and thinking it IS her. What a wonderful gift—I absolutely love it!

it’s been a rough couple of months to say the least of my sudden babygirls passing, she was only 3. i have a bunch of health issues and she was there to support me so when i was looking for things that reminded me of her petslify stood out to me because of how realistic reviews were. i ordered her in august and anticipated for for her arrival, i received her in december. customer service is good, they get back to you with any questions you have. don’t get nervous for the time lengths, it does take time to capture your beautiful furbaby! thank you petslify for comforting me during tough times, i’m happy and thankful my baby ariel is finally here with me.

I am beyond happy with this product. While the process does take some time, it is absolutely worth the wait. The replica looks just like my Bailey girl. The team was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions and thoughtfully checked in with me throughout the process to review details. When I requested additional customizations—very specific and personal to my girl—they were happy to make the changes. The craftsmanship is flawless. They even captured the tiny purple spot on the back of her tongue, the hairs that fanned out in front of her eyes, the coloring, and the wisps that hung off her ears, all of these details mean more to me and my husband than words can express. I would absolutely recommend this company and will be ordering from them again. “Thank you” feels like an understatement. My home feels complete again, with my Bailey girl watching over us. Being able to see her sweet face every day means everything to me.

I lost my best friend Roxie on June 7, 2024. I was blessed with over 16 years with her, but as any pet lover knows, forever wouldn't have been long enough. I eventually decided to go for it and just promised myself not to get my hopes up. Well, she arrived yesterday and I could not be more happy. They nailed it in every single way. The Petslify team did an excellent job on all phases of this transaction. The order was easy, the communication during manufacturing was consistent, and the finished product was really good. My wife wasn’t sure she wanted this after our puppy passed, but now she is absolutely in love with it. It helps ease us through our grief. Thank you Petslify for caring enough to do our little girl right. We needed it and truly appreciate it! If we can add one thing to improve upon, it would be the packaging. For such an amazing gift, the packaging looked cheap. However, we will share this with friends when appropriate.

This took a really long time but I am so glad I did this. Definitely pay extra for the preview and revisions! We went back and forth three times and they got all his markings exactly right. Such a comfort to have and to hug when I’m missing my boy.

We are so so happy with our Jess plush. The customer service was amazing and when a couple of small changes needed to be made to the plush they were more than accommodating and Jess turned out perfect. After losing our beloved Jess a few months ago we feel like we have a little piece of her back. This was so worth the money.

I found the website for Petslify while on Facebook. My heart has been heavy since my fur baby passed away on May 6, 2025. I needed him with me so I checked into comments from pet parents. I didn't see a bad one just happy parents. So I went through n did my order making sure to send good pictures of my baby like they asked for. After they received my order I got an email letting me know that they got my order told me about how long it would take for them to get it finished n sent back to me. I felt they were honest when talking about possibly being little bit longer because of major flooding in Texas. They were dealing with that plus trying to keep working on customers orders. When I opened my box n took out my beautiful dog I cried for over an hour because it was so very close to looking like my Midget. I felt peace in my heart ❤️ . Now I can take Midget with me wherever I go. Im 58 yrs old n I get looks when I go into stores carrying my baby but it's comfort to me n that's all that matters. One of my grandsons likes to hold n pet him n talks to him. It's wonderful to see hes dealing with his grief as well. I will definitely order from Petslify again. They make you feel like family to them. Thank you so very much for giving me a way to grieve my baby.

We purchased these for our 12 year old. A few years ago we lost one of two dogs, then the following year we lost the other one. Both dogs have been around since our son was a baby. They were 13 and 12 and lived a good life. We have since added another doggo to our family but our son still misses the other two so much. These brought him to tears. Oh my gosh what a delight! The amount of care and detail that went into creating this stuffed replica of my dog-nephew Frankie is just amazing! Just speaks to the kind of people you all are and obviously animal lovers. It was a gift for my college bound niece and went to her family home first. Frankie’s family couldn’t get over how much it looked like him. They kept saying it was kind of freaky (in a good way!). My daughter Sierra lost her cat Rocket unexpectedly about a month after we moved into our new home in the fall of 2020. He had developed acute pancreatitis & since he was only 6, the vet thought he stood a chance of recovering. He didn’t recover. 😢 Sierra is autistic and doesn’t quite understand the finality of death. She cries often for Rocket, although she did adopt a new cat. My beautiful Juno passed away in January and I ordered this plush as a memorial for her. The experience was wonderful. Although it was a little slower than expected, the weather and state of the world played a part in the delay. The wait was worth it. She's beautiful and every little detail was replicated. I was very happy with the additional service to correct small errors and she came out looking perfect. I miss her every day, but this is a lovely reminder of how I loved her.

Petslify did a great job of making a plush that looked exactly like my cat, Jack. I just lost him in November and have really been struggling with it. This plush could never replace him but it still helps to have it on my bed where the real Jack slept almost every night. I love that the feet have the toe beans because I used to love rubbing Jack's when he was alive. The fur is also sooooo soft. It's calming to pet it. I'm very aware of how things feel when I touch them, so having a plush that is sensory-pleasing really helps too. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

I ordered this replica of my grandson’s dog Zeus that had past away a year or so earlier. They were best of buds and my grandson has had an extremely hard time dealing with Zeus being gone. So the day we received “Zeus” I FaceTimed my grandson and we opened the box together. As you see in the photo he was extremely happy with Zeus and can’t wait til I make the 6 hour drive to deliver Zeus to him. We had ‘Kally’ made to fill the void of our sweet pet who didn’t come home one night. Our daughters have been missing her since August 2024.
